With over 20 years of experience in the nail industry, Lauren Jones is a highly respected nail technician, salon owner, and educator—and now proudly leads as Head of Education for TWENTY Academy.

As both a seasoned professional and a mum of two, Lauren brings not only technical expertise but genuine care and real-world understanding to her teaching. Her passion lies in empowering others to build successful, confidence-led careers in nails through high-quality, in-person education—something she believes the industry has been missing for far too long.

Launching the TWENTY Academy is the culmination of her mission: to raise standards, inspire growth, and ensure every student leaves their training ready to take on clients and start (or grow) their business with confidence.
